Yes. WaZappy has a free plan you can start on today — no credit card, no trial countdown. You get the team inbox, the flow builder and your WhatsApp number connected. You only move to a paid plan when you need higher volumes or the advanced modules; nothing you have built is taken away in the meantime.

No. Setup is free and do-it-yourself — every step is documented inside the app, and you can complete it without talking to anyone. If you would rather we did it for you, our team will handle the entire setup for a one-time fee of ₹2,499 + GST. That is optional, charged once, and is not a subscription.

Two separate things get billed. The software (WaZappy) — free to start, then a monthly plan as you scale. And the conversations — Meta charges those directly to your own Meta Business account at their published India rates, which differ by category (marketing, utility, authentication; service conversations started by the customer are free). WaZappy adds no markup on messages and does not resell message credits, so what Meta charges is exactly what you pay.

You can start and run on the free plan with no monthly software fee. Meta’s per-conversation charges still apply, because those are billed by Meta, not by us — nobody can waive them. Be cautious of any provider claiming messages are free: they are either bundling the cost into a higher plan or are not on the official API.

There are none on our side, and we would rather say so plainly: no setup fee, no markup on Meta’s message rates, and nothing that only appears on the invoice. Extra agents and extra numbers are priced add-ons, listed openly on the pricing page. The only two things you pay are your WaZappy plan and Meta’s conversation charges — and the optional ₹2,499 + GST if you ask us to set it up for you.
